We completed a comprehensive roof restoration project on a large-scale commercial metal building in Winter Park. Our team addressed the weathered corrugated metal surface by prepping all seams and fasteners with specialized mastic before applying a high-performance coating system. This process was designed to stop leaks and extend the service life of the existing industrial roof. The silicone coating created a seamless, waterproof barrier across the entire roof deck. The bright white reflective surface significantly reduces thermal absorption, improving the building's energy efficiency and overall cooling performance. This restoration provides long-term durability and protection against the harsh Florida elements without the need for a full tear-off.
