We completed a comprehensive roof restoration for an industrial facility in Orlando. Our team applied a high-performance coating to the existing corrugated metal roof to extend its lifespan and improve weather resistance. We carefully prepped the metal panels before spraying a uniform protective layer across the entire surface of the facility. We used a white silicone coating system to provide superior UV reflection and thermal protection for the building. The application process involved spraying the liquid membrane directly onto the weathered panels to create a seamless, waterproof barrier. This restoration effectively sealed the roof and reinforced the structural integrity of the system without the need for a full replacement.
