We completed a comprehensive commercial flat roof installation for a multi-tenant retail plaza in Tampa. The scope of work focused on the application of a multi-layer modified bitumen system to provide a durable, long-term solution for the expansive rooftop area. We managed the full staging of materials and professional installation across the main deck and parapet walls to ensure complete weatherproofing. For this project, we utilized Polyglass Elastoflex SA V self-adhered SBS membranes, ensuring a high-performance seal around dozens of rooftop HVAC units and service curbs. Our team meticulously installed new metal flashing and reinforced all transition points to handle the region's heavy seasonal rainfall. This updated roofing system offers the property owner enhanced protection and significantly improved structural longevity.
