We completed a comprehensive roofing project for one of our product manufacturers commercial office building in Bartow. Our team began by conducting core samples and assessing the existing weathered flat roof to ensure a stable foundation. We then removed debris and prepared the transitions between the flat surface and the adjacent corrugated metal panels. For the new system, we installed Carlisle InsulBase polyiso insulation and DensDeck Prime roof boards to enhance structural integrity and thermal performance. We applied a seamless spray polyurethane foam (SPF) system, finished with a bright white reflective coating for superior UV protection. This project delivered a durable, energy-efficient solution that eliminated leaks and improved the building's overall insulation.
