We completed a comprehensive roof restoration and maintenance project for a commercial facility in South Bradenton. Our team addressed various wear patterns across the flat membrane roof, including reinforcing seams and sealing all roof penetrations such as vents, curbs, and skylights. We also performed critical repairs to the exterior parapet walls, filling vertical cracks and structural fissures to ensure a watertight building envelope. We applied a high-solids white silicone roof coating across the entire surface to improve reflectivity and thermal performance. This process involved extensive surface preparation, including treating worn substrate and applying specialized sealant to all transition points. The final result provides a durable, UV-resistant barrier that significantly reduces heat absorption while protecting the structure from the elements.
