We performed a comprehensive roof restoration for a commercial jewelry store in Lutz, Florida. The existing corrugated metal roof system showed signs of aging, including punctures, weathered fasteners, and compromised seams. We began by repairing specific damage points and sealing transitions between the metal panels and adjacent asphalt shingle surfaces. To ensure a watertight seal, we reinforced all seams and fasteners with specialized sealants and flashing tape. We then applied a layer of polyurethane and silicone coating across the entire metal surface and parapet walls, creating a seamless, reflective white finish. This restoration not only stopped existing leaks but also significantly improved the building’s energy efficiency by reflecting solar heat.
