Scope of Work Inspection & Preparation: Conduct a complete inspection of the roof deck and structure to ensure it meets all installation standards. Remove any existing materials, debris, or damaged decking as needed. Underlayment Installation: Apply high-temperature, self-adhering ice and water shield along eaves, valleys, and penetrations. Install synthetic or felt underlayment to provide additional moisture protection and enhance thermal efficiency. Flashing & Trim Components: Install all metal flashings, edge trims, valleys, and transition flashings in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Panel Installation: Secure metal roofing panels (standing seam, R-panel, or corrugated) using concealed fasteners or exposed fasteners with neoprene washers, depending on the system design. Align panels precisely to ensure watertight seams and proper thermal expansion. Ridge Caps, Closures & Sealants: Install ridge caps and closures to protect from wind uplift and water infiltration. Apply high-grade sealants and butyl tape at joints and penetrations for a weather-tight seal. Ventilation & Accessories: Integrate proper ventilation systems, snow guards, pipe boots, and roof accessories to optimize airflow and performance. Final Inspection & Cleanup: Conduct a complete quality inspection to verify proper installation, seal integrity, and finish. Clean all debris and metal shavings from the roof and surrounding areas.
