We completed a comprehensive residential project in Moscow focused on expanding both functional outdoor and indoor spaces. Our team constructed a custom wooden greenhouse on a reinforced concrete foundation, featuring translucent polycarbonate panels, cedar siding, and integrated interior workbenches. We also expanded the home's primary living area by framing and installing a covered porch extension with pressure-treated lumber and a new gutter system to ensure proper drainage. In addition to the residential additions, we managed the installation of a four-bay metal storage building on a level gravel lot. Interior upgrades included the installation of wooden glass-paned French doors and bathroom vanity updates to refresh the home's interior aesthetic. These improvements utilized high-performance materials like steel framing and durable timber to provide the homeowners with specialized spaces for gardening, storage, and relaxation.
