We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Monument. Our team stripped the existing roofing down to the OSB sheathing before installing synthetic underlayment across the sloped surfaces. We also integrated ice and water shields in vulnerable sections to ensure maximum moisture protection. For the final layer, we installed Owens Corning Duration Storm architectural shingles in a gray tone. The scope included replacing metal flashing, drip edges, and plumbing vents to create a fully integrated roofing system. The finished project provides a durable, weather-resistant barrier designed to withstand regional storms.
