We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration for the Bentwater Place community, focusing on the entrance monuments and common area amenities. Our team repaired significant vertical cracks in the stucco walls, patched fractured masonry caps, and addressed water staining across multiple masonry structures. We also updated the pavilion area by pressure washing and painting the pavilion. To provide a lasting finish, we applied high-durability exterior paint to the monument signs, including a new darker base coat that provides a sharp contrast for the raised gold lettering. We also treated the surrounding stone-faced pillars and decorative concrete caps to restore their structural integrity and visual appeal. These improvements revitalized the neighborhood's entrance and recreational spaces, providing a clean and maintained aesthetic for the entire community.
