Old Farmhouse Remodel

This homeowner got into contact with Columbus Roofing Company after purchasing this home in Pataskala to flip. We talked it all over went through all the details of what he was wanting to do and we got to work right away once the extensive estimate was complete and signed off on. We got this project Knocked out over a couple weeks, Working around the tons of rain we had during this project. We completed roof first to stop water from coming into the home. Next was the siding and boy oh boy that was a project just removing and disposing of the solid wood siding that was on this house only to find brittle and broken ISO board behind that. SO we had to do a small change order and completely resheath the entire house so we had something solid to nail the siding to. Now this home looks brand new and Homeowners couldnt be happier, now they contemplate selling it and may be moving into it now that we got the exterior looking flawless.
