We completed a structural foundation repair project in Lincoln, focusing on stabilizing and reinforcing basement walls. Our team installed new gray concrete masonry units to address sections of the original wall that exhibited significant surface degradation and peeling paint. This work involved careful integration with existing utility lines and the original masonry structure to restore long-term stability. During the installation, we used CMU blocks and fresh mortar to build out the reinforced sections, finishing with a new wooden sill plate atop the new wall. This process directly addressed visible masonry damage and provided a clean, durable surface where the previous materials had failed. The result is a more secure foundation and a structural upgrade to the interior basement space.
