Concrete Block Foundation Wall Reinforcement in Lincoln
We reinforced an existing basement foundation in Lincoln by installing new concrete masonry units against the original structure. The project involved stabilizing walls where the original red-painted brick and block showed signs of surface degradation and peeling. We focused on creating a solid, level base for further structural improvements. Our team laid gray concrete blocks with precise mortar joints to ensure structural integrity and durability. We also installed pressure-treated lumber atop the new foundation wall to provide a secure transition to the upper framing. This repair addressed moisture-related paint failure on the old masonry and established a more durable interior perimeter.
