We completed a comprehensive commercial office remodel in Lincoln, transforming the interior into a modern, open-concept workspace. Our team installed white partition walls and glass-paneled doors to create functional divisions while maintaining a bright and collaborative environment. We also managed the finish work for the open-plenum ceilings, including the installation of exposed structural elements and new lighting fixtures. Key upgrades included the application of decorative privacy film on interior glass and the secure mounting of wall-integrated AV displays. We installed sound-dampening acoustic baffles and suspended linear lighting to improve the acoustics of the industrial-style ceiling. The finished project features durable carpet tile flooring with strategic color transitions to define different work zones.
