We performed a comprehensive mechanical and structural rough-in for this basement project in Mead, Colorado. Our team focused on routing the essential systems through the ceiling, including the installation of metallic HVAC ductwork and the organization of electrical wiring. We ensured all components were properly secured within the TJI joist system and around the central steel I-beams. During the process, we integrated silver ventilation ducts, PEX tubing, and electrical cabling while maintaining clear access to the subflooring. This work established a clean and functional foundation for the ceiling structure, preparing the space for future finishing. By prioritizing precise placement of the utilities, we maximized overhead clearance and structural integrity throughout the basement.
