Mead Basement Renovation Featuring Engineered Wood Joists and Electrical
We kicked off our basement finishing project in Mead by framing out the ceiling and prepping the space for its future transformation. Our crew carefully routed new HVAC ductwork and electrical lines while securing TJI 210 engineered wood joists to create a rock-solid overhead structure. It was a high-energy start to turning this raw basement into a fully functional part of the home. This initial phase set the stage for all the interior work ahead, ensuring the home is ready to handle whatever the next stage of the renovation throws our way. With the skeleton of the room now in place, we have established a sturdy and efficient foundation for the rest of the build-out.
