We completed a comprehensive commercial interior build-out for a modern office space in Lincoln. Our team installed custom slatted partitions, glass-framed office doors, and multiple workstations to create a functional open-plan environment. The project involved transforming the space into a professional workspace with defined private suites and collaborative communal areas. The design features exposed black industrial ceilings accented by suspended wood-tone acoustic baffles and hexagonal sound-absorbing panels. We integrated modern linear pendant lighting throughout the workstations and installed a recessed stainless steel water bottle filling station for added utility. The finished space combines durable blue flooring transitions with grey upholstered privacy screens to provide a high-performance work environment.
