We completed a comprehensive interior remodel of this modern commercial office space in Lincoln. Our team installed glass partitions with decorative privacy films to define private offices and conference rooms while maintaining an open feel. We also integrated essential electrical components and fire safety systems to ensure the workspace met all functional requirements. The design features sophisticated acoustic treatments, including suspended wood-toned baffles and hexagonal ceiling clouds to manage sound within the exposed-structure ceiling. We installed durable modular carpet tiles, custom cabinetry with light wood countertops, and wall-mounted television displays for internal communications. This project successfully transformed the shell into a productive workspace equipped with sit-stand desks and modern finishes.
