We performed a detailed property assessment for a residential home in Vail. Our team inspected the exterior wood-framed windows, roof drainage systems, and structural facade components to document existing conditions. We focused on identifying necessary maintenance for the property's exterior envelope and mountain-specific features. We specifically examined the asphalt shingle roof, checking the integrity of the gutter downspouts and snow retention clips. Our inspection included a review of the heat tape cable systems designed to prevent ice damming during the winter months. We also evaluated the condition of the wooden casement windows and surrounding seals to ensure proper weatherization.
