We completed a detailed residential service call that involved comprehensive window maintenance and exterior structural inspections. Our team evaluated the white window frames and sills to ensure a weather-tight seal and long-term durability for the home. We focused on maintaining the integrity of the window installations while working around the existing interior decor and finishes. Beyond the windows, we assessed the exterior red brick walls and the underside of the wooden porch structure for necessary upkeep. We ensured the wooden fencing and beige siding with dark trim transitions were secure and well-maintained. This project provided essential preventative maintenance to protect the property from the elements.
