We completed an exterior improvement project in Lincoln that involved replacing a steeply pitched roof and constructing a new deck framework. Our team installed gray architectural asphalt shingles across the entire roof surface, ensuring a weather-tight seal around the white metal flashing and vinyl siding. We also updated the drainage system with new white metal gutters and downspouts to ensure efficient water management away from the foundation. The backyard phase of the project focused on the construction of a pressure-treated wooden deck frame. We secured structural joists and vertical posts to create a stable, level foundation for a new outdoor living area. These upgrades significantly enhanced the home's exterior durability and expanded its functional footprint.
