We completed a comprehensive renovation of the swimming pool and surrounding patio area for this multi-family property in Lincoln. Our team focused on restoring the rectangular lap pool, updating the stone-paved surfaces, and repairing the structural masonry elements throughout the courtyard. We installed large flagstone pavers and updated the stone coping along the pool edge to create a seamless transition to the sun deck. The project also included refreshing the landscape beds with new foliage and maintaining the architectural integrity of the existing stone columns and brick accents. These functional and visual improvements provided a safer, more inviting outdoor space for residents to enjoy.
