We recently completed a significant roofing and exterior upgrade project for a commercial building in Lincoln. This project involved comprehensive roofing services, including the installation of new grey asphalt shingles on steep sections and membrane materials on flat areas. We also addressed gutter systems, vent installations, and exterior wall and soffit work to ensure a cohesive and durable finish. The scope included replacing worn roofing materials, installing new vent pipes and flashing, and refreshing exterior elements like soffits, fascia, and gutters. The work was performed to enhance the building's weather resistance and aesthetic appeal, providing a long-lasting solution for the property.
