We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation on this two-story home in Weare, focusing on updating the siding and trim components. Our team replaced the existing horizontal vinyl siding with new light grey panels and performed extensive trim work across the roofline and window perimeters. We addressed the fascia, soffits, and corner boards to ensure a cohesive and refreshed look for the entire structure. We utilized AZEK PVC trim boards for the fascia and frieze boards to provide long-lasting durability against the elements. The installation included perforated white metal soffit vents for improved attic airflow and new white aluminum gutters to manage water runoff effectively. We also applied flashing tape around the window frames and integrated white drip caps to prevent moisture penetration. This combination of materials significantly improved the home's weather resistance and curb appeal.
