We completed a comprehensive electrical and mechanical upgrade for this indoor aquatic facility in Ashburn. Our team diagnosed persistent internal errors on the legacy motor controllers and installed new Invertek Optidrive E3 variable frequency drives to restore efficient operations. We also serviced the 7.5 HP Marathon Electric motors and reconfigured the Square D circuit breaker panels to improve system safety. We integrated the new VFD units with the industrial pump system. To verify the installation, we conducted electrical load testing and calibrated flow meters to ensure precise turnover rates. These upgrades provided a more energy-efficient and stable control environment for both the swimming pool.
