We completed a comprehensive exterior improvement project in Waldo that focused on both functional drainage and new concrete surfaces. Our team performed extensive site excavation to install a network of PVC downspout extensions and underground drainage pipes to manage water runoff. Following the site prep, we graded and compacted the area to support several new concrete installations across the property. We poured and finished a custom curved front walkway, a rear patio, and a driveway apron using professional-grade concrete and precise formwork. By integrating the drainage system beneath the new walkways and patio, we ensured the longevity of the installation and the protection of the home’s foundation. The finished surfaces provide durable, clean pathways that enhance the property's accessibility and outdoor functionality.
