We recently completed a comprehensive foundation repair and block work project in Delaware, OH. This involved reinforcing the existing basement walls and addressing structural integrity concerns. Our team excavated sections of the foundation, repaired damaged concrete block walls, and installed new support systems to ensure long-term stability. Key aspects of this project included underpinning the foundation, applying waterproofing membranes to the exterior walls, and integrating new concrete blocks with the existing structure. We also installed adjustable steel support posts and beams to shore up the basement ceiling joists. The outcome is a strengthened and protected foundation system.
