We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this multi-gabled home in Collierville. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing materials to inspect the structural sheathing before installing a high-performance roofing system. The project involved navigating complex hip and valley intersections to ensure complete weather protection for the entire residence. We utilized durable architectural asphalt shingles paired with CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture resistance. During the installation, we meticulously integrated several skylights and updated the flashing around the prominent brick chimneys. The finished project provides the property with long-term durability and a significant aesthetic upgrade.
