We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in Amarillo. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles down to the original wood decking to ensure a solid foundation. We carefully inspected the sheathing and prepared the surface for a multi-layered weather protection system. We installed TopShield and Palisade synthetic underlayments to provide a durable moisture barrier before laying new gray architectural shingles. The project included the installation of new plumbing vents, ventilation hoods, and custom flashing around the chimney to ensure long-term performance. We also removed the old, worn gutter system as part of the overall exterior improvement.
