🏡 Memphis Clay Tile + Flat Roof Project This home featured a clay tile roof with a flat modified bitumen section that had ongoing leaks. We installed a new 60 Mil TPO roof system to improve waterproofing, reflectivity, and long-term performance. This Memphis project involved a unique roofing system consisting primarily of a clay tile roof, with a smaller upper section built as a flat modified bitumen roof. The flat roof area had ongoing leak concerns and was also retaining excessive heat due to the existing roofing material. To resolve the issue, our team installed a new 60 Mil TPO roofing system over the flat roof section. TPO was selected for its superior waterproofing capabilities, durability, and highly reflective surface, helping reduce heat absorption while addressing the property’s primary leak concerns. The finished system integrated cleanly with the existing clay tile roof while providing the homeowner with improved performance, increased reflectivity, and long-term protection on the flat roof area.
