Full Reroof with Solar Detach & Reset and Gutters

This project involved a complete reroof, full solar panel detach and reset, and new gutter installation following damage sustained during the severe April 2025 storm event in Georgetown, part of the greater Austin, Texas area. The scope of work was fully covered and approved through the property owner’s insurance carrier. Our roofing team managed the entire process from start to finish, ensuring the homeowner received a seamless restoration experience. The old roofing system was removed down to the decking, with all necessary repairs made to bring the substrate up to manufacturer and local code requirements. A new premium roofing system was installed, meeting both the homeowner’s expectations and manufacturer warranty standards. Because the property featured solar panels, our team coordinated a professional solar detach and reset. The panels were carefully removed prior to the reroof and reinstalled once the roofing system was complete, preserving the integrity of the solar system and maintaining the homeowner’s solar warranty. Additionally, new seamless gutters were fabricated and installed to complete the exterior restoration, improving both water management and the overall curb appeal of the home.
