We performed a targeted roof and gutter system repair for this home in Memphis. Our crew focused on addressing leaks in the roof valleys and resolving significant wood rot discovered in the fascia boards and soffit panels. We stripped back damaged shingles and sheathing to repair the underlying wooden framing and install high-performance synthetic underlayment. To finalize the restoration, we installed new grey asphalt architectural shingles and updated the drainage system. We secured white metal gutters with integrated wire mesh leaf guards to prevent future debris accumulation and clogging. These repairs restored the structural integrity of the roof line and improved the home's overall moisture protection.
