Roof replacement completed through an approved insurance claim due to storm-related damage. The existing roofing system was fully removed down to the decking and properly prepared to ensure code compliance and long-term performance. A new architectural shingle system was installed using CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Weathered Wood, providing enhanced durability, wind resistance, and curb appeal. Scope of work included full tear-off, inspection of decking with replacement as required, installation of underlayment and ice and water barrier, updated flashing components, and proper ventilation integration per manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Project documentation includes pre-loss condition, tear-off, installation, and final completion photos for insurance records and future reference. All work was completed in accordance with the approved insurance scope and manufacturer installation guidelines.
