San Marcos Academy Roof Replacement

Cool Roofs is honored to have had the opportunity to work with the San Marcos Academy, located in San Marcos, Texas on the new development of Davidson Hall. Davidson Hall is a beautiful development located in the heart of San Marcos, Texas; lead by general contractor Scott Thompson of the S.B. Thompson Group. The building was constructed for additional classrooms that will host lower-grade classes. Cool Roofs was contracted to install the roofing portion, parapet walls, gutters, and metal siding around the exterior of the building. Material for this project was supplied by Blake and his team Quality Metals located in New Braunfels, Texas. The Cool Roofs crew installed 10,300 sq. ft. of .24 gauge standing seam commercial metal roofing system. Being a local commercial and residential roofing firm, it was a great honor and privilege to have had the opportunity to work on this project.
