We executed a full-scale floor renovation at the City of Fairhope municipal aquatic center, prioritizing structural restoration and a modernized aesthetic. Our team performed extensive mechanical grinding to remove legacy flooring finishes and failed coatings, creating a clean, uniform substrate ready for high-performance upgrades. Beyond the aesthetic improvements, we addressed critical infrastructure needs across the pool deck and interior transition areas. This included stabilizing compromised concrete joints, patching damaged sections. The result is a revitalized space that pairs enhanced safety with a clean, professional finish designed to meet municipal standards for high-traffic environments.
