We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in Wooster, Ohio. The project began with a full tear-off of the existing, damaged brown asphalt shingles down to the original OSB sheathing. Our team inspected the roof deck and prepared the surface for a complete system upgrade to ensure long-term structural integrity. We installed Owens Corning ProArmor synthetic underlayment to provide a superior moisture barrier across the entire roof surface. The final installation featured new multi-toned grey architectural asphalt shingles, reinforced ridge vents for improved attic ventilation, and updated metal flashing in the valleys.
