This project involved updating four duplexes simultaneously to ensure a consistent, refreshed appearance across all properties. The exteriors were finished with Sherwin-Williams Serious Gray as the main body color, creating a sleek, modern look across all units. Scope included full exterior prep and painting, along with necessary repairs to address areas of wood rot, restoring both durability and curb appeal. Coordinating work on multiple units allowed for efficiency while maintaining attention to detail, leaving each duplex with a clean, uniform finish and long-lasting protection.
