We transformed this backyard in Hiller by replacing an aging wooden deck with a durable gray composite platform. The upgrade included installing new structural framing and matching stairs to provide a smooth transition between the home’s interior and the lawn. To complete the outdoor living area, we re-installed the existing pergola atop the new deck surface to maintain the property's original character while adding functional shade. We finished the project with high-contrast white vinyl railings and black lattice skirting, creating a clean, professional aesthetic. The final result is a modernized, low-maintenance space designed for improved outdoor usability and long-term durability.
