We constructed a large timber-framed pergola and outdoor seating area for this commercial property in Canonsburg. The project involved framing heavy-duty dark-stained beams, installing structural stone-clad pillars, and integrating a multi-wall polycarbonate roofing system. We also managed site preparation, including concrete patio transitions and surrounding metal safety fencing. Our team utilized Simpson Strong-Tie hardware to ensure structural integrity and finished the assembly with dark-colored metal gutters for proper drainage. The translucent roof panels provide year-round weather protection while maintaining natural light for the patio space. We also completed precision flashing and rubber membrane repairs on the adjacent roof sections to ensure a watertight seal against the main building.
