We replaced an aging wooden deck with a new, elevated composite outdoor living space. Our team demolished the existing structure, excavated deep footers for maximum stability, and constructed a new pressure-treated frame. This project included both an open-air deck and a covered porch section integrated with the home's existing roofline. We installed light tan composite decking for a low-maintenance finish that resists the elements. The space was finished with sleek black metal railings and balusters to provide safety without obstructing the views of the yard. We also updated the surrounding landscape bed with river rock and completed a new staircase leading down to the existing concrete patio.
