We executed a comprehensive exterior envelope restoration for this Butler residence. Our team removed the aging roof system and installed a new GAF architectural shingle roof, ensuring proper ventilation and long-term protection against the elements. We also performed a targeted siding replacement, upgrading the upper-story gable ends with James Hardie shake siding to enhance both the aesthetic character and the structural integrity of the home. Throughout the project, we carefully integrated new moisture barriers and flashing to seal the transition between the brick masonry and the upgraded upper-level cladding. These improvements fortified the building exterior and provided a significant aesthetic update to the residence while reinforcing its defenses against regional weather patterns. This project delivers a lasting and functional upgrade that protects the home’s investment for the long term.
