We completed a comprehensive deck replacement and structural upgrade for this residential property. Our team began by removing a failing wooden pergola and carport structure that exhibited significant rot and beam deterioration. We then engineered and built a new elevated deck system supported by robust concrete masonry columns. The finished project features high-performance grey composite decking paired with clean white vinyl railings for a low-maintenance and long-lasting finish. We utilized pressure-treated lumber for the internal framing and ensured structural integrity by securing the new ledger system to reinforced masonry pillars. This transformation provides a durable and functional outdoor living space that significantly improves the home’s exterior.
