A 1971 build year, 1956 s.f. single family home in Tempe AZ 85282. A BIG change in contrast color with that bright blue. Homeowner loves the color and the finished product. One note with these types of colors in Arizona... they will fade at a much higher rate compared to fade-friendly colors with higher LRVs.
