We completed a full-scale commercial floor transformation for Cal Cars in Coeur d'Alene. Our team renovated the existing concrete surfaces within this automotive showroom and service facility to create a durable, high-performance environment. We performed extensive surface preparation, including moisture testing, mechanical grinding, and crack repairs, to ensure a flawless bond for the new coating system. We installed a multi-step Penntek polyurea commercial flooring system featuring a decorative Claystone Hybrid flake finish. This industrial-grade application was completed with a polyaspartic topcoat to provide long-lasting UV stability and chemical resistance against automotive fluids. The final result is a seamless, easy-to-clean floor that significantly enhances the professional aesthetic of the dealership while providing superior durability for vehicle traffic.
