We completed a comprehensive concrete patio resurfacing for this home in Coeur d'Alene. The process began with professional moisture testing and the repair of several hairline cracks using a high-strength mender to ensure a perfectly level foundation. We then applied a multi-layer polyurea coating system designed to withstand the region's varied climate. For the finish, we used Penntek Industrial Coatings in the Trail Mix 1/8" flake color, providing a durable and slip-resistant surface. The final application of a VTX 300 topcoat protects the outdoor living area from UV damage and daily wear around the hot tub and seating zones.
