We completed a comprehensive floor transformation for this multi-bay commercial storage and shop facility in Colfax. Our team prepared the expansive concrete surfaces across multiple bays, ensuring a level and durable foundation for heavy-duty vehicle use. We also integrated essential drainage systems and finished the interior utility spaces, including a fully ADA-compliant restroom. To ensure longevity, we applied a specialized vapor-mitigating epoxy primer followed by a high-performance coating system designed to withstand the weight of RVs and trailers. The installation of a central trench drain and solid epoxy finishes throughout the workspace provides both functionality and a professional aesthetic. This project resulted in a clean, low-maintenance environment perfectly suited for long-term storage and industrial tasks.
