We renovated the front and back porches of this Spangle home by repairing structural hairline cracks and prepping the concrete surfaces for a new coating. We applied a durable Shale Hybrid polyurea finish to create a seamless, weather-resistant living space. This upgrade restored the concrete's appearance while providing a long-lasting, low-maintenance surface for the owners' patio furniture and outdoor dining area. Our moisture-tested preparation process ensures the new finish will stand up to the local climate for years to come.
