We rehabilitated weathered concrete stairs at this Spokane residence by repairing surface cracks and grinding the concrete to ensure a smooth substrate. We then applied a polyurea basecoat finished with Chestnut 1/4-inch decorative flakes. We sealed the project with a polyaspartic topcoat to provide a durable, slip-resistant surface. This process restored the stairs and created a seamless transition to the existing brick walkway for long-term outdoor use.
