We completed a concrete coating project for a residential patio and walkway in Yakima. After grinding the surface and testing for moisture, we repaired cracks and spalls to establish a solid, level foundation. We then applied a high-performance polyurea coating system featuring a Trail Mix 1/8 inch flake finish. This durable, slip-resistant surface provides lasting protection and an updated aesthetic for the outdoor space. The finished floor is weather-resistant and designed for easy maintenance.
