We transformed this unfinished garage in Coeur d'Alene by preparing the concrete floor with professional moisture testing and surface grinding to repair all imperfections. We then installed a high-performance polyurea basecoat with a full broadcast of Slate Hybrid decorative flakes for a durable, clean finish. A final polyaspartic topcoat was applied to provide long-term protection against chemicals and wear. This new finish offers a low-maintenance, high-gloss surface that adds lasting value to the home garage space. We also installed an integrated epoxy cove base for a seamless transition between the floor and walls.
